1. Acceptance
By downloading or using apps by VERBUM EDUCA LTDA (CNPJ 59.508.559/0001-70), you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If the user is a child, the parent or guardian accepts on their behalf.
2. License
We grant a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps on devices you own, subject to the App Store or Google Play rules.
3. Intellectual property
Characters, illustrations, sounds, text and code in the apps belong to Verbum Apps or its licensors and are protected by copyright law.
4. Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and follow each store's billing and refund policies. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
5. Liability
The apps are provided "as is". We work to keep them stable and safe but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Taubaté, São Paulo, shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' right to sue in their place of residence.
